What’s unique about this role?

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports outside sales professionals to maximize revenue with existing clients and target prospects through both pre-close and post-sales activities. This role allows outside sales professionals to maximize selling time and revenue generation.

What will this person do?

  1. Assist the broader Sales Enablement team and outside sales professionals
  2. Create and maintain accurate data within Salesforce.com including accounts, opportunities, and contacts
  3. Perform conflicts checks
  4. Assist sales with submitting quotes within internal system
  5. Coordinate assignments for project managers
  6. Liaise with the forensics team and submit tickets within internal system
  7. Prepare litigation profiles for sales
  8. Assist with billing inquiries/issues
  9. Prepare and submit simple cost estimates for clients
  10. Manage contracting process including document creation from templates, submitting contracting requests, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contract negotiation support
  11. Create and ensure proper setup of new projects within internal systems
  12. Coordinate with sales, project management, collections, operations, and billing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  13. Proactively identify opportunities to take on tasks that free the outside sales professionals to interact more with clients and prospects
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned

  1. BA or BS degree required
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is a plus but certainly not required
  3. Experience supporting a sales team is a plus but certainly not required
  4. Experience working with providers of electronic discovery (ESI), attorney document review, or other litigation support services to Fortune 1000 corporations and AM 200 law firms a plus but certainly not required
  5. Strong verbal communications skills to clearly and succinctly address client needs
  6. Strong organizational skills
  7. Strong attention to detail including the ability to thoroughly quality check work product
  8. Ability to build trusted and lasting relationships with both external and internal customers and peers
  9. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  10. Demonstrate a consistently high activity level and be extremely self-motivated
  11. Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  1. Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
  2. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
  3. Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

The expected pay for this role will range from $50,000 to $150,000 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
