The starting base salary range for a Director - Sales Enablement is $107,000 to $175,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, internal tenure, and equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.
Director-Sales Enablement Overview
This position is responsible for driving the success of our sale teams by ensuring team members have the knowledge, skills and tools to drive sales goals and success. Responsible for developing the overall strategy and delivery of sales training programs. This position is highly cross-functional and acts as a liaison internally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Partner Management, Marketing, Operational, and Project Management teams, as well as externally with our Partners, to better enable the USAL and Partner sales teams.
