Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting field sales teams.
• Influence without authority, ability to work across function levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of national sales campaigns and launches.
• Partner with sales leadership and field teams to identify barriers and translate needs.
• Gather VOC insights to improve customer experience and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for new service launches and drive adoption.
• Support Salesforce adoption by defining field requirements and enhancements.
• Monitor program participation and provide actionable recommendations.
