Job summary

GDT - General Datatech in the United States seeks a Sales Support Specialist to work closely with Account Executives, strengthening client relationships and enabling smooth post-sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage quote configurations in Salesforce, assist with RFQ/RFP documentation and deal reviews, coordinate with partners and vendors for pricing and availability, perform pricing comparisons, and support BOM development with engineers while keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives throughout the full sales lifecycle.
• Develop and manage quote configurations in Salesforce.
• Assist with RFQ/RFP documentation and deal reviews.
• Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers on pricing and availability.
• Conduct pricing comparisons to support quoting decisions.
• Collaborate on BOM development and opportunity scope with engineers.
• Coordinate with logistics and purchasing to provide tracking information.
