Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Able to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives through the full sales lifecycle (pre- and post-sales).
• Develop and manage quote configurations for Salesforce integration.
• Assist with RFQ/RFP documentation, deal reviews, and sales orders.
• Communicate with partners, vendors and suppliers to confirm pricing and product availability.
• Conduct pricing comparisons using historical data (list price, discount %, GP%).
• Assist with deal review and registration.
• Engage engineers/solution architects for BOM development and opportunity scoping.
• Coordinate with logistics and purchasing for tracking to customers and implementation teams.
• Process RMAs and RFQ/RFP entries.
• Prepare expense, aging, and commission reports and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate internal and customer-facing records and update opportunity details.
