Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator in Austin, TX to drive efficiency for the National Sales team.

You will orchestrate meetings, build deal collateral, and optimize workflows while partnering with Marketing, CX, and Operations to align messaging and handoffs. The role emphasizes data integrity in CRM, adoption of AI tools, and weekly to quarterly KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and participate in sales team meetings, manage agendas and action items.

• Maintain data hygiene and manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and relevant AI/enablement tech.
