Job summary

Lendbuzz in Boston is seeking a Sales Training & Development Coordinator to organize onboarding and ongoing training for the field sales team. You will manage training logistics, keep meticulous trainee records, and ensure data integrity across CRM systems and LMS platforms.

This role supports content updates, plays a key role in delivering onboarding sessions, and collaborates with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to align calendars with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven coordination or administrative experience in sales enablement or training environments.
• Familiarity with automotive lending, sub-prime finance, or dealership operations is a plus.
• High data hygiene standards and experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and instructional tech.
• Excellent time management, calendar juggling, and asset organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptable, proactive problem solver thriving in fast-growing settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, onboarding, and ongoing learning tracks.
• Maintain trainee records, progress, and LMS compliance data.
• Gatekeeper for data hygiene; audit CRM entries to keep data accurate.
• Manage training content, playbooks, manuals, and e-learning updates.
• Assist in training delivery to equip the sales team with product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR on calendars.
