Job summary

CGI Digital, a full-service digital marketing company, seeks a Manager of Sales Training and Development to build scalable training that improves ramp speed and rep performance. You will own initial and ongoing training, coach live calls, and shape the HelloNation Sales Training Program with leadership.

You’ll stay with each cohort for 6–12 months, delivering targeted training, feedback, and data-driven improvements to drive growth across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales training with measurable impact on ramp time, performance or retention.
• Experience scaling a sales team and sustaining training beyond onboarding (6–12 months).
• Ability to join live HelloNation sales calls to model discovery, presentation, objection handling and closing.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver initial training for every new hire to cut ramp time.
• Build repeatable training programs, playbooks and systems to ramp more reps without losing quality.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to scale the program so pipeline, training progress and performance drive coaching decisions.
