Job summary

CGI Digital | HelloNation is seeking a Manager of Sales Training and Development to build and scale onboarding and ongoing training. You will own the program from new-hire class through 6–12 months of coaching and live call reviews, partnering with leadership to create a scalable HelloNation Sales Training Program.

This role emphasizes practical, data-driven training to reduce ramp time, develop repeatable playbooks, and provide Salesforce-informed coaching insights across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales training with measurable impact on ramp time or retention.
• Experience scaling a sales team and supporting reps 6–12 months post onboarding.
• Proven ability to model discovery, presentation, objection handling and closing on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver initial training for every new-hire to cut ramp time.
• Build repeatable training programs, playbooks and scalable systems.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align training with pipeline and performance.
• Stay embedded with reps after training for coaching and feedback.
• Lead assessments, role-plays and call reviews to measure readiness.
• Report insights to leadership and refine training based on data.
