Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience facilitating training for adult learners.
• Experience facilitating learning for both individual contributors and people leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences for sales team members at various levels.
• Facilitate new hire sales training and role-based training.
• Develop training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
• Lead training sessions with practical exercises, role plays, and case studies.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and application.
