Job summary

Ent is hiring a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to build the function from scratch, drive onboarding and ramp, create playbooks for selling motions, and establish coaching rhythms. You’ll enable Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic AE teams, measure ramp and win rates, and collaborate with marketing, product, and partners to scale an AI-native enablement program.

This remote North America role emphasizes hands-on teaching, deal reviews, and the ability to teach around a problem buyers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or related roles.
• Experience enabling sellers in cybersecurity or technical enterprise software.
• Built programs from scratch: curriculum, ramp, and content.

Responsibilities

• Own ramp programs for Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic AEs.
• Write playbooks for various sales motions and certify reps before customer interaction.
• Build coaching engines with call libraries, scorecards, and review cadence.
• Develop content used by sellers: discovery guides, battlecards, value briefs.
• Partner with product marketing and channel teams; measure outcomes.
