Job summary

eSentire is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive learning experiences and in-role success for our global sales team. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing enablement programs from skills analyses to materials development with our L&D team.

You will collaborate with product and GTM teams to ensure sellers are equipped with training, tools, and resources to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a high-performing sales environment with at least 5 years in sales enablement or training role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global sales leaders to develop, own, and execute a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy.
• Maintain understanding of company products and services; stay current on industry trends and competitive activities.
• Manage initiatives requiring changes in experience or behavior; drive adoption of new tools and processes.
