Job summary

eSentire, a leading AI-powered security company, seeks a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to elevate our global sales team's performance. You will design and scale learning programs, partner with product and GTM teams, and oversee program delivery from strategy through execution.

You will run workshops, build KPI dashboards, manage onboarding for new hires, and align enablement resources with revenue goals, while coordinating with revenue operations and the L&D team to ensure measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a high-performing sales environment with at least 5 years in a sales enablement or training role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Technical experience with Gong is desired.
• Proficient in learning management systems, sales enablement and automation tools; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy that supports sales objectives and broader company goals.
• Coordinate onboarding for all new hires in the sales organization and design role-based learning frameworks.
• Design and maintain a KPI framework to measure enablement impact and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with revenue operations to optimize tools and align resources with business priorities.
