Job summary

Xe, a global currency platform, seeks a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to scale SDR, BDM, and Account Management teams in the US. You will build tools, training, and coaching programs to drive faster ramp times and stronger pipeline.

You will own playbooks, scripts, onboarding materials, and assets, measure impact against quotas, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Pricing to convert customer feedback into practical enablement actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement or related commercial, sales operations, or revenue enablement role.
• Proven track record of building and delivering hands-on sales enablement programs, tools, and assets.
• Experience coaching sales professionals 1:1 and leading live reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the sales enablement toolkit (playbooks, battlecards, guides, scripts).
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for SDRs, BDMs, and AMs.
• Coach reps 1:1 and through live reviews; drive pipeline and quota outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Revenue Ops to align assets with product launches and pricing.
