Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. seeks an Associate Enablement Manager to accelerate ramp time for our SDR team. You will own onboarding across cohorts, craft structured training, and drive enablement projects with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

This role emphasizes execution, organization, and scalable playbooks to fuel pipeline growth. You’ll train on the SDR tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, ZoomInfo), create templates and talk tracks, and measure impact with LMS metrics and scorecards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher.
• 1–2 years in sales enablement, SDR/BDR, or project management in B2B SaaS.
• Strong execution, organization, and multi-project management.
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for SDRs across cohorts.
• Build and update playbooks, sequences, and talk tracks.
• Train on SDR tech stack and ensure usage compliance.
• Deliver structured, high-energy group training sessions.
• Coordinate multiple enablement projects and timelines.
• Measure ramp time and iterate based on data.
