Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Sales Enablement professional to deliver learning materials and resources that boost sales performance. You will partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing and product teams to deploy training, onboarding, and ongoing education programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, content development, and measuring impact on sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and training.
• Experience in sales enablement, learning management, or marketing support for B2B sales.
• Strong project management skills with ownership and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set culture and expectations for onboarding and high performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions, in virtual and in-person formats.
• Lead workshops to build seller proficiency and product understanding.
• Deliver ongoing education programs (Everboarding) and adjust based on feedback.
• Coach sellers and sales leaders through training sessions and transitions.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to align initiatives with priorities.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive improvements.
