Job summary

LightEdge is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to own the onboarding program for the entire sales organization, including CX, coordinating requirements with Sales/CX leaders, and running cohorts from start to 90 days. You will co-host enablement sessions and manage session logistics for maximum impact.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or related coordination role.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding program for the entire sales organization, including CX, from start-date to 90-day completion.
Co-host enablement-led sessions and run them independently when needed (Sales Skills Lab, product refreshers).
Own run-of-show for each session: scheduling, presenter coordination, materials prep, and follow-up.
Coordinate with sales managers and reps to keep sessions practical, engaging, and on time.
Use AI tools to streamline coordination work and document improvements as repeatable practices.
Create and maintain the Sales and Enablement SharePoint site and organize enablement content.
