Job summary

BARE International is seeking a dedicated Sales Support professional to assist the US Division in generating leads, preparing proposals, and sustaining client databases. You will coordinate with Marketing, manage communications, and support multi-market projects across offices.

The role emphasizes customer experience knowledge, AI-enabled tools, and strong MS Office skills, with in-person workdays in VA or CA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads in partnership with Business Development leadership.
• Assist with proposal creation in coordination with Marketing.
• Track submitted proposals and provide status updates to internal teams and management.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing materials for meetings.
• Support day-to-day administrative needs of the Business Development team.
• Create, maintain, and update client databases and sales pipelines.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
