Job summary

HealthLink Dimensions is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to help the commercial sales team operate efficiently. You will work with internal tools, data resources, and approved AI-enabled tools to prepare counts, responses, and client-ready proposals.

Reporting to the Solution Architect, you will maintain Salesforce and Jira records, organize collateral, support RFP/RFI processes, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality while supporting enterprise data-driven selling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or related coordination role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce and Jira experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data and client-facing materials.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication. No slips in syntax or tone.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales engine by handling back-office tasks that remove friction and keep deals moving forward.
• Generate HCP counts to support targeting and proposal development.
• Assist with RFP/RFI materials by coordinating inputs and ensuring on-time responses.
• Maintain accurate opportunity details, activity notes, and task tracking in Salesforce and Jira.
• Organize sales collateral and pricing references for immediate access by the team.
• Use approved AI tools to research, summarize, and organize information while maintaining data confidentiality.
