Job summary

BARE International is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Business Development support professional to assist the US division. You will generate leads, help with proposals, track status, and prepare materials for meetings.

Qualifications

• Comfort using AI-enabled tools to optimize sales and operational processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM concepts.
• Customer experience, market research or mystery shopping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads in partnership with Business Development leadership.
• Assist with proposal creation in coordination with Marketing.
• Track submitted proposals and provide status updates to internal teams.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing materials.
• Support day-to-day administrative needs of the Business Development team.
• Create, maintain, and update client databases, mailing lists, and sales pipelines.
• Learn and become proficient in BARE’s internal CRM and tools.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone; coordinate client meetings.
