Support Services Group is seeking a highly energetic Trainer to join our on-site team in Texas. The role focuses on increasing employee engagement by teaching new skills to new hires and upskilling current staff, with collaboration across site leadership for training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have training/learning and development experience, strong sales aptitude, and excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Formación

• Open schedule availability and on-site work required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a trainer; training/learning and development experience essential.
• Sales experience preferred; medical background a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to convey complex concepts simply.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
• Plan and implement an effective orientation and ongoing training curriculum.
• Develop training curriculum and training materials.
• May conduct Train the Trainer sessions to develop trainers for effective administration of training curriculum.
• Train new or transferring employees on onboarding.
• Analyze training evaluations to determine areas for improvement.
• Provide input for improvements to the overall training program and training curriculum.
• Maintain training matrices and document training requirements.
• Assist in meeting departmental goals and special projects as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
