Job summary

10x Genomics seeks a Director of Sales Training to design and lead a comprehensive field training program for all sales roles and field support. You will align training with business goals, build content, and drive performance through onboarding and ongoing development.

You will recruit and mentor a high-caliber training team, manage a modern enablement tech stack, and collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial Operations to keep curricula current in real time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales enablement or sales training, preferably in life sciences or biotech.
• Experience building or scaling an enablement function with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to tie learning programs to commercial metrics with data.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end Field training strategy for field account executives across regions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a training team; establish rigor and continuous improvement.
• Align with Product Marketing and Commercial Operations to embed changes in curriculum.
