Job summary

Fulgent Genetics is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Trainer to equip sales teams with clinical, technical, and selling skills across genomics, pathology, neurology, and oncology. You will design onboarding programs and ongoing development, and collaborate on enterprise-wide training initiatives.

The role blends sales, clinical knowledge, and instructional design to ensure compliant, effective training. Travel up to 50% and field coaching are expected where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Training & Development preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery in health care.

Responsibilities

• Develop specialized curriculum, e-learning modules, and onboarding training.
• Deliver technical and sales training for new hires and reps; ensure 24/7 access via library.
• Collaborate with SMEs to provide clinical and technical education.
• Provide field coaching and feedback to improve talks and outcomes.
• Assess training impact using KPIs and adjust programs accordingly.
• Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, and support for launches and trainings.
