Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Support Specialists and Events Managers across proposal creation, routing, content, and process support.
• Oversee training and events delivery with internal experts during planning and execution.
• Partner with Sales leadership to plan and run Customer Advisory Board events.
• Develop strategic initiatives to position Sales and AM teams for market success.
• Coordinate ongoing sales training and enablement with leadership scheduling.
• Manage enablement content, tools, and resources for timely access by Sales/AM teams.
• Foster a strong team culture from onboarding through ongoing development.
