Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training & Enablement to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs that drive performance and revenue growth. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, build targeted curricula, and ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development for sales teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
• Proven success in curriculum development, training content creation, and facilitation.
• Experience identifying sales performance gaps and implementing targeted development programs.
• Strong background in training delivery (live, virtual, and blended learning environments).
• Experience managing training programs, including tracking, compliance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of sales training programs aligned to business goals.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and prioritize development initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders on training needs, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Build and scale best-in-class sales training frameworks, including onboarding, tools and process training and selling skills.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive sales training curricula across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning).
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to sales teams, both in-person and virtually.
