Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement & Commercial Training to build and execute the capability strategy for field teams, aligning with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to translate priorities into scalable training programs and resources.

The role focuses on onboarding, launch readiness, product training, selling skills, and continuous improvement across oncology and other therapeutic areas, with travel 30–50% and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
• Experience designing and executing training for customer-facing commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable sales enablement and commercial training strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish onboarding, workshop content, certification, and continuous learning programs.
• Own sales readiness programs for product launches and expansion into new areas.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Medical Affairs on launch training strategies.
• Develop role-specific training for Key Account Managers and regional/national leaders.
• Ensure field teams are prepared to engage healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Translate field insights into actionable training initiatives and measure impact.
