Job summary

Paychex in Irving, TX is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to drive CRM adoption and optimize sales tools across field and virtual teams. You will partner with Sales Enablement, Strategy and Ops, and senior leaders to rollout processes that improve data quality, reporting, and revenue forecasting.

You will deliver trainings, analyze field usage, and influence IT roadmaps to enhance sales productivity and impact. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of experience in creating and implementing processes, leading multiple projects.
• 4 years in Sales or training with knowledge of field sales processes and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and facilitates ongoing workshops for CRM adoption and sales tool efficiency.
• Conducts analysis to identify strengths and opportunities in CRM usage and gather field feedback.
• Participates in vendor analyses and informs IT roadmap based on field needs.
• Acts as a training partner with Training on Salesforce and new tool rollouts.
• Drives sales technology strategy to support revenue growth and field productivity.
• Provided reporting to leadership on performance and ROI of enablement initiatives.
