Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Manager of Enablement Effectiveness to build measurement and insight systems that boost seller performance. You will quantify onboarding, training outcomes, and certifications, while collaborating with GTM Strategy, Rev Tech, and Analytics to spread best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue analytics, sales/enablement analytics, or commercial operations.
• 5 years in conversation intelligence or enablement measurement at scale.
• Proficient with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and SQL; familiar with experiments (A/B, cohort, DiD).

Responsibilities

• Identify winning seller and manager behaviors via quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Quantify onboarding, training, certifications, and product launches; publish insights.
• Lead a feedback loop with Enablement to prioritize program changes and new plays.
• Partner with Rev Tech & Tools and GTM Analytics to instrument data capture and ensure data quality.
• Lead and develop a small team of analysts.
• Create reporting packages for GTM Enablement Leaders.
