Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Sales Enablement professional to drive CRM adoption, deliver training, and optimize sales tools across field and virtual teams. You will analyze usage data, partner with Training and IT, and align initiatives with the sales roadmap to improve productivity and revenue predictability.

You will develop workshops, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership. A strong background in CRM systems and field sales processes is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years in developing and implementing effective processes and programs; ability to lead and coordinate across locations.
• 4 years in Sales or training with knowledge of field sales processes and CRM/sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ongoing workshops to drive CRM adoption and tool efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify strengths and improvement areas in CRM usage and enablement.
• Collaborate with Training and IT to rollout Salesforce and new tools and align with roadmap.
• Provide reporting to field leadership and socialize enablement results and best practices.
• Coordinate reporting dashboards and CRM views to support leadership visibility and field execution.
