Job summary

REPAY is seeking an Associate Sales Coordinator in Fort Worth to support the sales team, manage merchant applications, and coordinate onboarding with underwriting. The role involves data entry in Salesforce, QA of submissions, and providing timely responses to inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced fintech environment, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales or administrative experience in financial services and banking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the sales team and leadership.
• Liaise with new merchants during application submission, underwriting, and onboarding.
• Review merchant data in Salesforce and assist with portfolio reporting/analytics.
• Resolve sales inquiries and support new account setup and pricing questions.
