Job summary

RRD is seeking an aspiring Sales Enablement Associate in the United States to join our four‑month ADP training program. The program equips you with sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge to support the RRD Sales Team.

Responsibilities include prospecting, creating enablement materials, coordinating learning content, and assisting with KPI reporting. A bachelor’s degree and sales-related internship or experience are preferred. Salary ranges $50,000–$60,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications.
• Sales internship or experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development.
• Background in marketing, communications or print industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Collaborate on top-of-funnel activities by supporting prospecting cadences and sales enablement materials.
