You will learn sales steps, prospecting cadences, and usage of Sales Engagement tools while collaborating with US Sellers and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or statistics.
• Sales internship or experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development.
• Experience with reporting, spreadsheets, data analysis.
• Background in marketing, communications, or print industries is a plus.
• Technology-minded skills to onboard on Sales Engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold-calling to build new accounts.
• Support the development of prospecting cadences and enablement materials.
• Assist in adoption of Sales Engagement tools through management and coordination.
• Identify net new leads via Sales Engagement tools with US Sellers and Sales Managers.
• Support content management and internal communications execution.
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement Training Specialist or Marketing on content availability on platforms.
• Assist with writing and editing needs as necessary.
• Support communications strategy with KPI reporting.
