Job summary

RRD is seeking an entry level Associate for its Sales team in the United States, starting with a four-month Associate Development Program. The program trains you in sales strategies, prospecting, and industry knowledge to prepare you for a Sales Associate role.

February 2027 start dates are specified, with cohort-based onboarding. The role involves shadowing seasoned reps, maintaining client relationships, and building a funnel for post-training assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field with an interest in sales.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites within the designated territory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
• Participate in continued development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
