Job summary

Paycom in New York is seeking a Sales Education Coordinator to develop and revise training programs and facilitate sessions. You will coordinate meetings, manage multiple projects, and support Design Consultants with software tasks while identifying vendor training needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong MS Office and Netsuite skills, and excellent communication. Sales experience and leadership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of six months of training or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Netsuite systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and facilitate training programs.
• Coordinate meetings and manage multiple projects.
• Support Design Consultants with software tasks.
• Identify training needs for vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate trainings and meetings with vendors.
• Plan and coordinate weekly sales meetings.
• Support Sales Leadership and Sales Education as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
