Qualificações

• License in Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred, not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• A 2- or 4- year college degree, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring successful sales teams.
• Strong fiduciary duty with high integrity and ethics.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
• Ambitious, motivated mindset with a desire for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
