Confie is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales team in our growing operation. You will drive daily performance, nurture relationships with customers, and deliver exceptional service while mentoring teammates to achieve ambitious targets.

The role offers a strong compensation mix including hourly pay, unlimited/uncapped commissions, sign-on bonus up to $1,000, comprehensive training, and a rich benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2/4 year college degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals.
• Coach sales team to deliver high standards of customer care.
• Oversee sales operations and monitor performance.
• Address escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
