Confie is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team, deliver exceptional customer experience, and drive results across store operations. The role rewards performance with strong commission potential and comprehensive training.

This position offers a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, uncapped commissions, and a broad benefits package including health, retirement, and wellness perks. Prior leadership in insurance sales is a plus, with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams
• Strong understanding of fiduciary duty with integrity and ethics
• Ability to build lasting customer and team relationships
• Ambitious, motivated mindset with desire for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, not required
