Confie is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team and drive exceptional customer experiences at one of its prominent locations in the United States. The role combines leadership, coaching, and strategic relationship building to meet production goals and deliver outstanding service.

Compensation includes base pay plus unlimited commission and performance bonuses, with additional incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain required licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and fiduciary duty in client relations.

Responsibilities

• The Store Manager leads a sales team, delivers exceptional customer experience, and drives results directly impacting earnings.
• Oversee team performance, track progress, and ensure store operational excellence.
