The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Lead, coach and mentor sales teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach sales team to deliver high-quality customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to meet operational targets.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues.
• Ensure Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
