Job summary

Confie, including Freeway and its family of companies, seeks a Store Manager to lead a sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive results. You will mentor staff, oversee operations, and grow the business with a focus on fiduciary duty and integrity.

The role offers base pay plus unlimited commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, paid training and licensing, benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and wellness perks. Bilingual English/Spanish and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience leading sales teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
