Victra is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy Verizon retailer store, shaping guest experience and coaching the team to deliver top results. You will exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence and drive accountability through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, running the store like a business, and communicating the company vision via daily leadership and performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Own store success and take ownership for store employees' work-related needs, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Keep score daily — review your store's key sales and operational metrics every day, and adjust before gaps become missed targets.
• Engage in sales strategy development and budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
