Stress Free Auto Care is seeking a Service Advisor in Richardson, TX to own the customer experience from appointment through vehicle delivery. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and convert service recommendations into approved work.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, meeting sales targets, and delivering a transparent, high-quality service experience in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities and converting recommendations into work.
• Use discovery and consultative selling to uncover needs, communicate technician recommendations, and close sales.
• Manage the customer journey from appointment to vehicle delivery, including approvals and updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep work moving efficiently and communicate needs clearly.
• Handle multiple customers and active repair orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with accuracy.
• Utilize customer and shop management tech to stay organized and maintain timely communication.
