Stress Free Auto Care is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience from appointment to vehicle delivery. You will understand customer needs, present service options, and convert opportunities into approved work, while managing relationships and ensuring clear communication.

The role emphasizes meeting sales and revenue goals through trust-building and value-based conversations, with opportunities for advancement as the shop grows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service or other high-volume customer-facing roles.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, value-building, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs, setting expectations, and delivering quality service.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities and converting recommendations into approved work.
• Use discovery and consultative selling to uncover needs and communicate technician recommendations effectively.
• Manage the customer journey from appointment to vehicle delivery, including orders and updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep work moving efficiently and meet commitments.
• Handle multiple customers and active repair orders in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
