Stress Free Auto Care is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main liaison with customers throughout the service journey. You will leverage technology to enhance engagement and streamline shop operations, while driving sales growth through consultative recommendations and trusted relationships.

In this role, you will guide customers from appointment to vehicle delivery, ensuring clear communication, set expectations, and a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales or revenue goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, automotive service, or high-volume customer-facing environments.
• Strong consultative selling skills including discovery, value building, objection handling, and closing.
• Ability to build trust quickly and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, competitive mindset with a proactive approach.
