24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive revenue growth, manage coaching staff, and deliver outstanding client experiences at our San Mateo club. The FM will lead by example in sales, train coaches, and ensure high‑quality fitness programs and services for guests and members.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing personal and group training staff, overseeing client activation, and maintaining strong retention through effective client management and performance tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in sales, driving revenue and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of human movement, exercise science and fitness programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and members.
• Desire and passion to help people accomplish their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.

Aufgaben

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining personal training and group training clients, through the club staff.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead the team in presenting all fitness offerings to guests.
• Meet and exceed all fitness revenue and sales targets to support club goals.
• Train and develop coaches to effectively prospect for new clients and conduct coaching sessions.
• Manage scheduling, client activation, and performance metrics to ensure client success and retention.
