24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive club fitness revenue, lead personal training and group training initiatives, and develop coaches to deliver exceptional client results.

You will hire and mentor staff, oversee sales and service quality, and ensure programs meet client needs while maintaining club operations and profitability in a fast-paced health club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience driving fitness revenue through personal and group training sales.
• Ability to recruit, hire and develop coaching staff.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication to motivate teams.
• Availability to travel 10% for training and meetings.

Responsabilités

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining clients and staff.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead the team.
• Hire, train and develop coaches to CCS evaluations.
• Oversee scheduling, class quality, and client activation.
• Monitor, manage refunds and payments.
• Act as manager-on-duty when needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
