24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a team of coaches and sales staff. The FM will hire, train, and develop personal trainers and group instructors while ensuring exceptional client experiences across the club.

The role emphasizes achieving revenue budgets, coaching staff, and delivering high-quality fitness offerings. A strong background in sales and fitness program knowledge is required.

Qualificações

• Experience driving revenue and managing a sales team.
• Experience in fitness or health/witnessed programs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining personal and group clients.
• Directly sell training packages and lead team sales efforts to hit club targets.
• Train and develop coaches to meet ramp milestones and productivity standards.
• Oversee client activation, scheduling, and attendance to ensure service quality.
