Qualifications

• Proven leadership with coaching and team development.
• Strong member-centric focus and in-person engagement.
• Experience driving sales, goals, and customer retention.
• Familiarity with POS, EFT and club marketing basics.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead team to provide tailored product and service offerings.
• Achieve department targets for new member sales, fitness revenue and retention.
• Collaborate with GM on marketing and enrollment strategies.
