Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive revenue growth and profit at the club level. You will lead by example with personal sales, develop team members, and hire/train coaches to optimize personal and group training offerings.

The FM ensures high-quality fitness experiences and client outcomes through effective management of programs and staff. The role includes overseeing trainer performance, client management, and shop-floor leadership while aligning with club goals and customer

Qualifications

Strong background in sales, driving revenue and leading a team.
Understanding of human movement, exercise science and fitness programming.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage guests and members.

Responsibilities

Grow fitness revenue by acquiring, training and retaining personal training and group training clients.
Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead the team to meet sales targets.
Train and develop coaches to effectively prospect for new clients and manage client portfolios.
Schedule, create and run marketing activities inside and outside the club to engage members and prospect for new clients.
Oversee scheduling, class quality and group training programs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as manager-on-duty to support member concerns and ensure smooth club operations.
