Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to grow revenue, lead coaching staff and ensure high-quality fitness offerings for guests and members. The role emphasizes coaching development, sales leadership, and effective client management within the club teams.

The FM will hire and develop coaches, oversee personal and group training programs, and drive performance across sales and service metrics while maintaining an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales, driving revenue and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of human movement, exercise science and fitness programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with guests/members and staff.
• Desire to help people achieve fitness goals and live healthier lives.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining personal and group training clients and leading staff.
• Directly sell training packages and lead team sales to achieve targets.
• Ensure client retention and revenue growth through proactive engagement.
• Meet and exceed fitness revenue and sales targets.
• Train and develop all team members to present fitness programs to guests/members.
• Coach trainers on prospecting for new clients and conducting coaching sessions.
• Manage sales funnel via email, calls, and in-club interactions.
• Schedule and run marketing activities to engage members and recruit clients.
